The Podere I Gigli farmhouse is composed ad follows:
GROUND FLOOR Floor entrance hall (television) + kitchen that includes dishwasher (with detergents), toaster, american coffee, maker, dishes, glasses, jugs for water, crockery, cutlery, oven, pots, fridge. Always on the ground floor, a bathroom with a washing machine and laundry basket. There is a clothesline, iron and ironing board. Present lumber-room.
FIRST FLOOR two bedrooms (including linens) that have a shared bathroom with a shower and bath including (towels, soap and phon). The furniture, in “country-style”, dates back to the early 1900s.
Furnishings. In the other room (big suite) is present a lamp made with an old carboy, the tv, the walk-in closet with antique mirror and bathroom with shower with rain siphon (towels, soap and phon).
The air conditioner is present throughout the first floor.
Always on the first floor is present a balcony from which you can see, the millenary Castle of Montecchio Vesponi in addition to the surrounding countryside.
On the back of the house, there is a typical tuscan terrace from which it is seen the city of castiglion fiorentino. there is a solarium with jacuzzi with chromotherapy, a table with 4 chairs, beach umbrella, two deck chairs.
Sipping a good glass of tuscan wine, in relax full, you can admire it the beautiful landscape of castiglion fiorentino, where time has not elapsed and where you can go back to the past, leaving deep marks that make you go back to the past full of traditions and of history.
Intorno all’abitazione è presente il giardino con fiori e angoli per rilassarsi sotto il sole della Toscana… ci sono due divanetti con relativo tavolino, panca e giochi per bambini e adulti, forno e barbecue, bicicletta.
Around the house there is a garden with flowers and plants places to relax under the tuscan sun…two sofas with a table, bench and games for children and adults, bread oven, barbecue, bike.
We are in Castiglion Fiorentino, a sort of belly button of the world, close to many tourist destinations:
- Florence (distance by train only an hour), Pisa, Cortona, Pienza, San Gimignano, Arezzo, Roma (distance by train only 2 hours)
- Lucignano, Castiglion Fiorentino, San Sepolcro, Poppi, Volterra, Montalcino, Montepulciano, Monteriggioni.
The farmhouse is only 300 m from the train station connected directly with Firenze, Roma e Perugia and a few kilometers from the highway of Monte San Savino from where taking the A1 you can reach without problems Firenze, Roma, Bologna.
